We have particular expertise in the energy and natural resources, food and drinks, telecoms, banking, automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, fast moving consumer goods and equipment building sectors. We are active in litigation and arbitration proceedings, both in Russia and other jurisdictions.
Our Moscow office works closely with other members of our CIS team based in Germany, France and the UK. We advise western and CIS clients on cross-border transactions such as international M&A and international capital markets transactions, in particular American and global depositary receipt (ADR and GDR) programmes based on Russian securities and IPOs.
