In Paris we have over 180 lawyers, the majority of whom are locally qualified.

Our office was established in 1972 and our practice is broadly based. We provide a comprehensive business law service to domestic and international corporations, financial institutions and governments.

To best meet our clients' needs and the challenges they face in their market, we have nine practice groups: antitrust, competition and trade (ACT); corporate; dispute resolution (arbitration and litigation); employment, pensions and benefits (EPB); finance; administrative and environmental law; intellectual property/information technology (IP/IT); real estate and tax.

In order to respond to the specialised demands that our clients face in their industry, we have also formed sector groups. The sectors run across all practice groups. The sectors are: automotive; chemicals; construction and engineering; energy; financial institutions; pharmaceuticals and life sciences; private equity; public procurement; telecommunications; media and technology (TMT) and transport and logistics.

Most of our lawyers are fluent in French and English. Other languages spoken include German, Italian, Chinese and Swedish.
