Secondments
Part of our success is based on the fact that we work across multiple jurisdictions in fully integrated teams. As a lawyer you will work with international colleagues on a daily basis. To improve your understanding of cultural and legal differences and give you a broader perspective, we provide international secondments, usually of between six and 12 months.
Most of our offices also give their lawyers the opportunity to spend some time working at a client's office. This gives you a better understanding of the client's business, which enhances both our relationship with the client and the level of the service we deliver.
We also have some secondment opportunities for business services professionals in certain areas.
