Our practice

In Tokyo we offer Japanese and international law advice. Our areas of practice include advising on M&A and private equity, structured finance, securitisation, asset and project finance, commercial banking, joint ventures, labour and employment matters, distribution, antitrust and competition, licensing and other commercial arrangements and forms of investment in Japan and elsewhere.
