Our 2008 London Event – 14 and 15 November 2008

If you are in one of your two last years at university before obtaining your law degree – you might be the person we are looking for. Perhaps you are considering starting your career as a lawyer in Belgium, after having completed your studies in Belgium or after having obtained a further degree abroad.

This being the case, we may be able to offer you interesting career opportunities.

What do we offer?

Our Brussels office is the home of our Belgian practice and the focal point of our Antitrust, Competition and Trade practice, both of which are rapidly expanding. You will work in a multicultural and challenging environment with colleagues of 17 different nationalities. We offer our lawyers a good mix of challenging work in all areas of business law. Much of the work is multi-jurisdictional. We want to fulfil your potential so we have a very broad training programme and provide excellent support, giving you every opportunity to develop yourself and your language skills.

The London Event

Annually we organise an event for Belgian law students interested in career opportunities at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP in Brussels. Applications from candidates with a particular interest in all aspects of business law, with excellent language skills and academic results are most welcome.

The actual event consists of a weekend trip to London, including a visit to our London office, which will take place on 14 and 15 November 2008.
