In-house training

We actively promote your professional training. The firm organises its own seminars and workshops in-house, particularly within the practices. It also provides company-wide courses on a regular basis, including seminars on current legal issues, improving negotiating skills and training in public speaking.

Practical experience

These courses are intended to enhance from day one the practical experience gained from working with partners in your immediate working environment. The aim of our regular training is twofold: on the one hand, to give our junior legal staff the opportunity to develop their knowledge independently by initially giving them responsibility for more minor cases or in specific fields; on the other hand, forming teams with more senior lawyers and partners to ensure that junior staff members can benefit directly from the firm's wide range of experience and expertise.

External seminars

We support your participation in external seminars and training courses, at home and abroad, to enhance your professional development. This support ranges from payment of seminar or course fees to granting leave to prepare for professional qualification exams in Germany (such as for tax advisers or specialist lawyers) or the lawyer's exam in Austria.
